How It Works

General establishes the location of the hub and the details that are published to users about who is operating the hub as well as their contact details.

The following fields need to be completed:

• Place – uses Google to locate the place the hub will be servicing
• Place Radius (m) – takes the centre of Place and creates a boundary to define what’s included in Analytics
• Place Name – the actual city or town name, e.g. London
• Platform Name – usually a derivation of the Place Name, e.g. Love London
• Primary Email Address – the email address that all outbound emails are sent from
• Primary Telephone – a contact number for the host organisation
• Address – the physical address of the host organisation
• Support Email – an email address to direct public and business enquiries to
• Brochure URL – a link to a supporting website explaining more about the Hub
• Download App URL – a link to a supporting website page with details about where to download the iOS and Android Apps
