Monitoring

How It Works

Monitoring allows organisations to add Hotjar, Google Analytics and Intercom to understand and support hub use. All of these features are optional and can be added at any time.

Hotjar

Hotjar allows you to visualise how users engage with your hub. Hotjar uses interactive heatmaps to understand clicks and actions, creates recordings of sessions and can add user experience surveys and polls.

  • Add your Hotjar Site ID and click Save to activate this feature.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics allows you to track which pages are being used on the hub in the more detail.

  • Add your Google Analytics Tracking ID and click Save to activate this feature.

Intercom

Intercom provides business users with a messaging feature to ask for support.

  • Add your Intercom Workspace ID and click Save to activate this feature.
