Overview

Configuring Your Hub

Settings provides SuperAdmins will all the options needed to configure the hub for their place. Everything from changing key details, legal terms, the hub’s look and feel, to how business users engage with the hub, is all contained in this section.

Typically Settings will be configured in association with a Loqiva account manager. Once it’s set-up, SuperAdmins should review the Settings to get a good understanding of how Business Users and App Users will experience the hub.

Bear in mind, changing Settings can have a big impact on how your hub works. Many items are padlocked to let you know which the most sensitive items are. You can potentially break your hub if you don’t update Settings correctly, so please do check with someone at Loqiva first if you have any concerns.

Maintenance Features

There are several features in Settings which allow you to understand what’s happening with your hub. You might wish to check these from time to time:

  • Monitoring & Support – you can add Hotjar, Google Analytics and Intercom to Loqiva.
  • Outgoing Emails – your hub sends out automated emails to users. You can see exactly what has been sent out over the last 14 days.
  • System Info – checks all the APIs that the system is using to check they are working correctly.
