Overview

Administrators login to a dashboard where they can:

  1. Check the latest usage statistics
  2. Publish and edit content
  3. View place analytics
  4. Update platform settings

1. Check the latest usage statistics

The administrators home page provides headline statistics such as the number of app downloads, logins this month and daily usage. This allows administrators to understand how the platform is performing and whether, for example, new content is needed to engage app users.

2. Publish and edit content

Administrators can publish content directly to modules on the app and manage content that’s been contributed by local businesses. Content can be instantly added and amended with ease. A profanity filter and content quarantining system helps administrators to prevent offensive content from going live.

 3. View place analytics

Loqiva collates information from a variety of sources to create a rich picture of the local area. These include analytics for Users, Events, Footfall, Footfall Sensors, Offers, Engagement, Feedback and Businesses.

 4. Update platform settings

Loqiva’s settings can be configured to adapt the platform for your town, adjust permissions for users, change subscription models, check API connections, outgoing system emails and more.
