Privileges

How is Admin access managed?

Loqiva is versatile. It’s easy to manage the platform as a single admin user but you can also create a team of users with different access levels and privileges relevant to their area of expertise.

There are two key user types:

Superadmin

The Superadmin user type allows full access to the Digital Town Hub. Superadmins manage Settings and they receive all system emails. They can also create other Superadmin and Admin users.

Admin

Admin users cannot access the hub’s Settings and they do not receive system-level emails. Superadmin users are able assign privileges to each admin user. Privileges group access to features in Loqiva:

Superadmins can also block admin users and set them live.

Can I assign privileges to Business Users?

Business users don’t have privileges. Specific attributes can assigned globally to all business users in Settings. Business users can also be managed individually in Users.

Do App Users have privileges?

App Users don’t have privileges. App Users can be managed individually in Users.
