Offers
Using Offers
Offers can be used to tempt new customers to try businesses for the first time. They can be browsed on the app and promoted to people nearby using in-app notifications triggered by GeoAlerts.
Offer Ideas
You can trial different offer ideas as frequently as you like to understand what works for your business. Remember, offers don’t always have to involve money off, they can be about giving the customers some form of ‘value-added’ experience.
Here are some typical offer ideas to get things started:
Buy Something, Get Something Free
For instance, a restaurant business might offer a free soft drink with a meal.
Percentage Discount (e.g. 10% Off)
Give customers a discount on all purchases (e.g. toys) or select categories (e.g. wooden toys).
Buy One, Get One Free
Great for items that customers will rapidly consume (e.g. candles, gift cards, drinks etc).
Discounts For Specific Groups
Percentage discounts for students, over-60s, families and so on.
Get Extra Loyalty Points
If you already run a loyalty scheme, perhaps users can show the app to get double points?
Attend A Free Event
You could offer an invitation to a free workshop (e.g. authentic coffee-making) or an exclusive preview event (e.g. latest fashions or products).
How do I create an offer?

How do app users claim an offer?
App users will come to your premises and show you their offer claim screen. The goal is to drive footfall so the app only lets them do this at your business premises.
The app user should ‘click to confirm’ the offer whilst a member of staff is present. When the offer claim is confirmed, the app user will receive an email and the business will receive an email to the registered email address.
How can I tell how many offers have been claimed?
Go to the Analytics section on the menu and click on Offers. You will be able to see how many offers have been collected at your business.
