Signing Up

How does my business sign-up?

Joining with the sign-up page

Every town hub has a login page for businesses to be able to join and access their accounts.

The login is typically linked from the main town hub website and is usually found at a URL with the format of https://<townname>.loqiva.com.

Go to this page and click on the “Join as a business” button to begin the sign-up process.

Signing up

You will then be shown a page showing the free trial period and the monthly subscription cost. Click on “Try <Hub Name> for free”.

Step 1
Enter your email address – make sure it’s different to the email address you use for the app if you have already downloaded this. Click “Next”.

Step 2
Set your password – follow the format advised which ensures you enter a strong password. Click “Next”.

Step 3
Enter your company profile – fill in each field. Please ensure your company postcode falls within the area the digital hub services. This area is defined by the host organisation managing the hub.

Step 4
Add your card details – your cards details are taken for two reasons. 1) so that monthly subscription payment can be taken after the free trial period. 2) To check your business is legitimate and prevent spam users signing-up to the platform.

Success!
Having confirmed all your details, you will be notified that your account has been created successfully. A welcome email will be sent to your email address.

What if I have issues signing up?

The two main reasons for a business not being able to sign-up are:

  1. Your business is outside of the Service Area – your business is not eligible to sign-up for the platform because it falls within the wrong postcode. If this is the issue, please contact the organisation hosting the digital hub for further guidance.
  2. Your card has failed – the payment details you provided are not being accepted. This could be due to any number of reasons. The first thing to do is contact your card issuer. If the problems persist, please contact us at helpdesk@loqiva.com.
