Issue Reporting

Using Issue Reporting

Issue Reporting is a great feature which allows App Users to take a photo on their phone, upload it, fill in a form and send it in for the host organisation to know about and respond to.

Reports are received in an inbox for Admins to view and manage. Admins receive an email for each report received. Reports are tagged to a GPS location on a map and can be marked as live or complete.

Standard Reports

The standard form provides the following information:

  • Type of issue (Fly-tipping/Graffiti/Vandalism/Litter/Other)
  • Name of reporter
  • Date submitted
  • Mobile number of reporter
  • Email of reporter
  • Issue Description
  • Photo
  • Map with location of issue

Integrating Issue Reporting With Other Systems

Issue Reporting has all the functionality needed to make it valuable as a standalone feature for place managers.

Host organisations, however, may have existing systems they already use to deal with public reports and enquiries. Issue Reporting can be integrated with these systems via an automated email or an API. Please let us know about your organisation’s requirements.
