How can I join my digital town hub?

You need to have one of our digital town hubs installed for your town or city. Once you have confirmed this is the case, then you can join as a:

Resident

Residents (or visitors) to the town can download the app from the Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. Links to the store pages will be advertised on the website for your local hub.

Local Business or Community Group

Local businesses and community groups can sign-up for an account online to publish content, use the hub’s marketing tools and view analytics.

Administrator

Administrators are given access to configure and manage the digital town hub by the host organisation. In your town or city, a host organisation might be a Town Team, a Business Improvement District (BID), a Community Organisation or a Council.

Is the digital town hub difficult to use?

Loqiva’s digital town hub has been designed to be straightforward to use. If you use social media, or a smartphone/computer regularly, then you should be able to find your way around the hub within 5-10 minutes.

What do I need to use the digital town hub?

App

To use the app, you’ll need an Apple or Android smartphone.

We recommend that you are using a version of iOS or Android that is less than two years old.

The app is updated regularly to release new features or fix bugs. Updates will be loaded on to your phone automatically, or you will be notified when a new update is available, depending on your settings.

Website

To log in to your account and use the website, you’ll need a smartphone or a computer with a web browser.

We support most browsers including Chrome, Safari and Edge. For the best experience, please download the latest version of your preferred browser.
