Admin

Managing Admin Users

Admin Users enables you to see all the admin users registered on the hub and drill down into their access rights and permissions. You can also create new admin users

Using the list view

The list view shows you all business users in alphabetical order with details on when they last logged in. Use the search or pagination to navigate through the records.

Each record has a pencil icon and a bin icon. The pencil allows you to expand the view for more the details on the user, and the bin gives you the option to delete the user.

Using the detail view

The following admin user details are shown:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Select User Type – Superadmin provides the user with full access to the hub. Admin users are given access to specific areas of the hub.
  • Select User Status – Can be switched between ‘Live’ and ‘Block user access’
  • Receive Admin Emails – signs the user up to all hub emails including system health emails and new business user alerts.

Use the ‘Submit’ button to save any changes.
