We’re pleased to announce the following new features will be going live in our October hub version update.
- Campaigns – create automated outgoing in-app notifications from rules you specify as an admin. For instance, request app users receive a notification on a Thursday afternoon about events taking place on Saturday. Save up to ten text variations for each automated message. Messages can be triggered by time and date as well as data like air pollution levels.
- Automated e-News – every month Loqiva will send a promotional email containing your town’s events and the latest local offers to all app users.
- Business Forum – if you wish to offer businesses a means of discussing local issues within a private local forum you can switch this option on in Settings. Businesses can contribute to the forum under their Loqiva usernames and admins can moderate the content.
